Moves every test_*.py out of egomimic/ into tests/{unit,integration} and makes pytest from the repo root collect cleanly (24 collection errors → 0).

• pyproject: [tool.pytest.ini_options] with testpaths=["tests"] and norecursedirs so a bare pytest no longer sweeps external/, the venv, or the Stanford hardware scripts. Registers the integration marker.
• tests/unit/: test_dataset_filter (moved) and test_action_chunk_transforms (moved and ported to the post-embodiment classes #234 API: builders now come from embodiment.{eva,human}, is_quat= → mode=, cmd_gripper keys, trailing NumpyToTensor).
• tests/integration/: real-episode comparison, pi05, mink solver, s3/sql scripts, mecka zero-row scanner. tests/conftest.py marks everything under that dir by path and skips it unless --integration is passed. pytest.importorskip guards openpi / mujoco / mink / the removed S3RLDBDataset. Hardcoded personal and lab paths are replaced by EGOVERSE_TEST_{EVA,ARIA,SCALE}_ZARR and EGOVERSE_TEST_LEROBOT_CACHE.
• Deletes egomimic/test_zarr.py (a PACE-only script that raised FileNotFoundError at import).
• AGENTS.md gains a Tests section; MINK_SOLVER_README.md points at the new path.

Follow-up once #infra-fixes lands: move test_pi05_norm_rot6d and test_wrist6d_roundtrip (added there) into tests/unit/.
