Summary
Add case-insensitive job/server tags with
defaultwhen no tags are supplied. Startup reconciles each server's complete matching catalogue, preserves other tag scopes, and acquisition only considers matching jobs. Server metadata carries its tags; dashboard integration remains in #221.Persist tags as one JSON array column alongside relational definition configuration:

mainafter #216 merged, retaining its consistent name-collation mappings. Merge order: #218 → #219 → #215 → #221 → #223. Consumers handle existing database upgrades.Filtered Redis recurring polling uses per-job due indexes and bounds each eligible-job read by the batch size. All recurring mutations maintain those indexes atomically. The Unicode recurring-eligibility finding is addressed in #223, stacked on #221, together with case-insensitive recurring schedule identity.
Recurring polling requires
jobNameson everyGetDueRecurringAsynccall. Remove the unfiltered overload from the storage contract, providers, and wrappers, and update conformance callers to supply their eligible names. An empty list returns no schedules.Server snapshot tags are required and normalized at the heartbeat storage boundary. SQL and Redis persist them in the existing snapshot JSON; single-server mode also writes each heartbeat to its durable replica, so database-backed remote dashboards see the tags and later updates. Redis reads the complete snapshot rather than constructing a partial fallback.
Keep generated job routing tags separate from handler registration tags, emit valid escaped/deduplicated tag literals, and reject blank runtime tags and undefined enum configuration. This addresses regressions found while reviewing
