- Around line 15-24: Before the AlterColumn operation on
immediate_recurring_jobs, add a migration step that finds names conflicting
under the new case-insensitive collation and reconciles each duplicate schedule
and its associated state. Ensure no conflicting aliases remain when the
primary-key index is rebuilt.
Review comments at @src/Immediate.Jobs.Redis/RedisJobStorage.Keys.cs:
- Line 37: Update the recurring-key migration around RecurringKey so existing
mixed-case persisted keys remain accessible after keys are normalized to
uppercase. Migrate recurring hashes, the names set, and due indexes together,
defining how to handle aliases that normalize to the same key; preserve schedule
state during migration.

names before attempting lookups: first perform an explicit binary exact lookup,
then a SQLite NOCASE lookup for ASCII names, and only if neither finds a row
load names and scan with OrdinalIgnoreCase. Always retain that fallback
regardless of the input’s character set to preserve .NET identity semantics.

existing mixed-case due-member values consistently in the global due index,

members are used; do not rely on schedules being explicitly upserted for repair.

Summary
Make recurring schedule names case-insensitive throughout upsert, pause/resume, removal, materialization, reconciliation, and dashboard triggering. Retain the first stored spelling and protect code-defined schedules through aliases.
Use ordinal case-insensitive in-memory identities, normalized Redis identities, and relational name collations. SQLite uses native NOCASE comparisons, with case-insensitive matching limited to ASCII letters. Apply recurring eligibility in SQL before the batch limit. Retry competing PostgreSQL inserts in a fresh transaction.
Preserve definition-removal cancellation when schedules are updated through aliases; canceled schedules cannot be resumed or triggered. Keep the sample migration after cancellation, acquisition controls, and duration string storage, with native timestamps and cancellation columns in its target model.
Rebased onto
mainafter #221 merged.Redis recurring keys and index members preserve ordinal case-insensitive identity, including distinct Unicode names such as
