and backbone_lr_scale, so its lanes match hpt_bc_mecka_6d_300M's. Both are
inert at their defaults (history_len 1, backbone_lr_scale 1.0), so nothing that
composes this model changes.

The test checks one thing composition cannot: history_len and the keymap's
proprio_history are a single setting living in two files, and HPTModel
raises when they disagree, so train_zarr_mecka_kp_wrist_hpt's keymap is checked
against the stem that consumes it.

The flagship keypoint data and train configs (the opsplit/top3 keypoint twins
and train_zarr_mecka_flagship_kp_hpt) are kept out of this PR.
