Superseded by #270. This stacked prototype targeted a hand-rolled MCP 2026-07-28 transport and is no longer the canonical MCP Global Ask implementation. #270 uses the MCP Python SDK 2.0, keeps the same DB-owned RBAC/ABAC and source-grounded Global Ask boundary, and has an explicit reproducible lock/SDK verification exit gate. Closing this duplicate prevents two competing MCP authorities from landing. The prerequisite Buyer stack #258 → #260 → #261 → #262 → #263 → #264 remains independently gated.
