This removes the 0% A/B test for the new Source grid based interactive layout and sets the before/after date to October 21st. Some context:

• Release grid based interactive layout behind 0% test #15891
• Force MT results to render in grid #16912
• Grid based interactive layout tweaks #16956
• Remove figure wrapper from interactive layout atoms #16934
• Roll back full width experiment for interactive grid #16973

More broadly this brings another article type into the new grid-based approach (see #15428 et al). It's been a journey.
