Service #876 replaces the authored PWA choice with ordinary bookmark assets. This prepares unpublished @firstdraft.com/[email protected] to initialize Plan firstdraft.foundation-plan.sketch/0.23, recognize rails-sketch/2026-09-bookmark-assets artifacts, and require API >=0.7.0,<0.8.0.

Updates the existing command and packed-package fixtures to the allocated Analyzer/Compiler identities, exercises rejection of the replaced Plan/profile, and removes the obsolete PWA-choice success fixture. The pinned zero-gap digest was regenerated through the Service serializer. Command and release documentation describe the new contract. Artifact integrity checks and publication authorization are unchanged.

Validation:

• Focused initialization, artifact, and release-compatibility suite passed (32 tests), followed by the corrected pinned Service digest regression and existing documentation checks. Type checking, lint, formatting, npm audit, package allowlist, and packed CLI smoke passed. Hosted CI passed all four required gates on ebfe641273c3677baf783f087ea7210956106f1c: Node 22 on Linux, Windows, and macOS, plus Node 24 quality.
• Actual CLI initialization validates against the schema from Service PR #879 at e5a18da5945d2bb762799c8280be9ca08505a461, SHA-256 7fd0fd72f554610dcde792f086403b41c8617fcd381e2fdcee2f7b26c019558e; both retired application.pwa booleans are rejected by that schema.
• The packed CLI smoke exercises the new Plan/artifact contract against a local HTTP stub, including verified materialization. This is source/package qualification, not a deployed Service or generated-app boot result.

Companions: Service PR #879 for firstdraft/firstdraft#876, then Skills PR #102. Skills pins the landed CLI commit, so this PR merges first. The exact three-repository compatibility qualification is coordinated separately before release.
