Coordinated source companion
The approved Service #876 retires application.pwa while retaining simple home-screen bookmark assets. Its new unpublished contract needs a matching CLI candidate before source integration is considered complete.

7fd0fd72f554610dcde792f086403b41c8617fcd381e2fdcee2f7b26c019558e; confirm against the final Service PR before landing.
Update current artifact/Plan/target recognition, compatibility metadata, relevant focused tests and owner documentation from fresh CLI main. Follow existing pre-alpha contract conventions; no compatibility shim or retained-project migration machinery. Preserve publication authorization and ordinary artifact integrity checks. Qualify a representative new artifact/Plan through the existing path rather than adding tests that freeze prose.
Coordinate the exact CLI commit and candidate package version with Skills #98 and its subsequent Service #876 schema companion. Service source lives in isolated task 01a0e4bd-1106-7c31-b59f-0ca8e99df666. The CLI primary checkout may be stale; preserve it and use an isolated fresh checkout.
The owner authorized implementation and orchestrated merging, with guidance requested at actual judgment impasses. This issue does not authorize npm publication, promotion, tags, provider actions or deployment. Root audit tracker: firstdraft/firstdraft#663.

Implementation is ready in PR #42, commit
ebfe641273c3677baf783f087ea7210956106f1c(tree835f12544b2cea1650d0a1be790aeec1c9290f4b), preparing unpublished CLI0.8.0.The initializer, artifact recognition, compatibility metadata, command/package fixtures, and owner docs now use the allocated bookmark-assets contract. The replaced Plan/profile are rejected during artifact validation. Focused checks, package smoke, and all four required hosted CI gates passed for this commit.
The initialized Plan validates against Service PR #879 at
e5a18da5945d2bb762799c8280be9ca08505a461; its schema SHA-256 is7fd0fd72f554610dcde792f086403b41c8617fcd381e2fdcee2f7b26c019558e. The final Service revision must retain/reconcile that contract. CLI #42 merges before Skills #102, whose checks require the pinned CLI commit on main. The coordinator owns that sequence and subsequent three-repository qualification.
