PR #103 merged at c69014e4751972a313b700bd678449b5b32130d7, with parent 82628f77aabcd0c0722e147918492eedf0e1a329. Its tree 93f8b51bf7831693dd785a9f62abb829cbdf476e exactly equals tested and independently reviewed candidate e91970b02d75c2cbd884ad07a150a9d006f61261. Both hosted Node 22/24 jobs passed, covering all 73 repository cases, deterministic packaging, exact CLI consumer contracts, and Codex installation/discovery. Independent review approved with no findings or warnings.

Service #879 landed at 376a792ca4d877a33acbbc9d7bb1ce1ae96f1d5b. A fresh comparison confirms its schema bytes and both current native icon-gap reason/consequence pairs match the packaged Skills contract. Schema SHA-256 is 6dd98b424fd1744d1e5d3a40fb51f0a22f89e77b58a175b08e29e6c8e3aed7ba. The guide retains ff0b6ac9cc6fab5aa2a63c455d3da73469211c43 as the truthful revision from which the schema was copied; this landed-match receipt does not require a new package or source-provenance field.

Service #876 retires application.pwa while retaining simple bookmark artwork/metadata. After Skills #101 lands, prepare a separate coherent schema/CLI-contract companion. Do not mix these structural changes into #98's completed guidance cleanup.

Replace the bundled schema/reference links and current technical keys, compatibility metadata, executable CLI-contract configuration and applicable examples/evaluation fixtures using existing conventions. Remove remaining pwa-choice authoring guidance. Describe the fixed black-on-white pre-generated A–Z/0–9 monogram/neutral fallback accurately without adding a new interview choice, font/color controls, or broader PWA guidance. Keep custom artwork research in Service #877 and native launcher artwork in #564.

Run meaningful existing structural/package/CLI-contract checks and a bounded smoke when instructions materially change. Do not preserve exact prose through substring tests or build a new evaluation framework. Current published compatibility remains unchanged until a separately authorized release; use appropriate unpublished candidate/version metadata and leave catalog selection alone.
