The CI step that #11 had to leave out, now that the token can change workflow files.
CI installs with
uv sync --frozen, which takesuv.lockas it is and never asks whether it still matchespyproject.toml. That is how the lock kept robomimic 0.3.0 long after the extra moved to 0.4.0, until #11. Auv lock --checkstep now runs before the sync, and fails when the two disagree.
