Add source-weighted helium core residence from supplied diffusion, convection, geometry and source profiles. Checked SOLVAX forward/backward solves support absorbing and finite-removal boundaries and JAX derivatives.
The README and runnable example specify the input contract. Trace-response fitting and finite-horizon trajectory estimates are included; recycling and pumping require separate models.
Tests cover independent continuum solutions, convergence, duality, gradients and invalid inputs. The exported-coefficient example regression passes; physical stellarator validation remains separate.
