Abby lacked an official integration for Vue 3 and Nuxt. This PR implements @tryabby/vue inside packages/vue with complete API and TypeScript type parity with the React and Svelte integrations.
Key Changes
Package setup: Created @tryabby/vue in packages/vue exporting createAbby, defineConfig, and associated types.
Composable hooks:
useAbby(name, lookupObject?): Returns reactive computed variant and onAct tracking function, with SSR hydration mismatch prevention and automatic PING emission on variant resolution.
useFeatureFlag(name): Returns reactive computed boolean for feature flag state.
Application Integration: Provides both AbbyProvider component (for template composition with optional initialData) and AbbyPlugin (for app.use(AbbyPlugin, { initialData }) in Vue and Nuxt).
Automated Tests: Added 33 unit, type, and edge-case tests in packages/vue/tests/ covering options, persistence, lookups, PING/ACT event delivery, reactivity, dev overrides, and TypeScript type inference.

Walkthrough
This pull request adds the @tryabby/vue package. It provides cookie storage, Vue providers, a plugin, composables, and getters for A/B tests, feature flags, and remote config. It also adds devtools support, package configuration, and tests.
The package manifest defines entry points, scripts, dependencies, and Vue peer requirements. Build and test configuration is added. Three cookie services store and remove A/B test, feature-flag, and remote-config values.
Vue API and Abby lifecycle packages/vue/src/context.ts, packages/vue/src/index.ts
createAbby exposes composables, getters, providers, a plugin, devtools support, and update helpers. Providers and the plugin initialize and subscribe to project data.
Integration tests packages/vue/tests/*
Tests cover composable behavior, provider and plugin initialization, reactive updates, devtools, instance isolation, and inferred types. Mock API handlers support the test suite.

The new Vue API can crash when remote-config responses omit configured keys, and experiment assignments may persist for the wrong duration; the remote-config failure should be fixed before merging.

The title "feat(vue): add @tryabby/vue integration package (#68)" names the main change: a new @tryabby/vue package in packages/vue. The changeset adds that package with createAbby, composables, AbbyProvider and AbbyPlugin, and tests. The title is specific and matches the primary change. The only mismatch is the number #68, which refers to the linked issue, while the PR objectives cite PR #207. This does not affect the assessment of the change itself.

vite.config.ts sets no restoreMocks. vi.resetModules() does not restore spies. The TestStorageService.get mock from Lines 78-81 and Lines 112-113 stays active for all later tests in the file. Later tests then run with a forced persisted value of "SimonsText", even when the variants are ["A", "B", "C"].
This can hide bugs. For example, the assertion at Lines 296-298 compares two values that may both be undefined.
document.cookie = "" does not clear cookies in jsdom. Cookies written by earlier tests persist.
Add afterEach to the vitest import. Then restore all mocks after each test.

Add `afterEach` to the Vitest import in `useAbby.test.ts` and use it to call
`vi.restoreAllMocks()` after each test, ensuring spies such as
`TestStorageService.get` do not affect later tests.
Issue #68 requires type tests. expectTypeOf and assertType do nothing at runtime. The test script runs plain vitest, which does not type-check tests/types.test.ts. A wrong inferred type does not fail pnpm test. Add a script that runs tsc --noEmit and run it in CI.

Return the built-in default when a configured remote-config key has no stored entry.
getRemoteConfig in packages/core/src/index.ts checks only fallback values and custom default values when a key has no stored entry. If neither exists, it reads storedValue.ruleSet on undefined and throws a TypeError. A project-data response that omits a configured key can produce this state. The Vue wrapper in packages/vue/src/context.ts passes the key through unchanged, so Vue callers can reach the throw.
The correction belongs in core. The Vue wrapper cannot guard this state without duplicating core logic.

Forward expiresInDays through the Vue test-storage wrapper.
When browser test persistence writes a cookie, core supplies the configured expiry to the wrapper. The wrapper drops that argument, so TestStorageService uses its 365-day default instead of config.cookies.expiresInDays.
