What

Patch release 3.5.1, following the 3.5.0 bump (#579): project(VERSION) goes 3.5.0 → 3.5.1, and every cvcpkg recipe's upstream_version is updated to match. cvc_revision was already 1 on every recipe and stays there, per the recipe-version gate.

It carries the fixes since v3.5.0:

• cvcGL: don't use M_PI in lsystem_nodes.cpp (fixes Windows cvcgl package build) #582: cvcGL builds on MSVC standalone (no M_PI).
• cvcGL: CameraController Map mode holds the map pose across update() #584: CameraController Map mode holds the map pose across update().
• fix(release): unblock tag releases -- release/shared deps for every lane, Debug best-effort #585, ci(publish): restore the windows-debug exclusion -- the bundle links Release CRT deps #586: tag releases are unblocked, with the Windows debug exclusion restored in publish.
• fix(headers): compile after <signal.h> / <sys/param.h> -- rename world_units' si_value, macro-proof MIN/MAX #588: public headers compile after <signal.h> / <sys/param.h> (world_units si_value rename, macro-proof MIN/MAX).
• cvcGL: derive the package version from libcvc's (was hardcoded 3.0) #593: cvcGL's exported package version follows libcvc's; it was hard-coded 3.0.
• fix(headers): rename the None members X11's <X11/X.h> macro breaks #589: X11 None renames: ariadne::BorderShow::None → Off, gl::Switch::None → Off. This is a source-level rename with the same values.

Merge order

Merge after #588, #589, #592 (wasm publishes on tags) and #593. Then tag v3.5.1 on this PR's merge commit, as v3.5.0 was tagged on #579's.
