Summary

Live smoke run 42047432893 failed during a GitHub degradation:

• Attempts 1–2 got GitHub's 504 Gateway Time-out page — no extension involvement.
• Retry 2 passed every Preview assertion, then GitHub's slow soft navigation to getting-started/index.html outlasted toHaveURL's 5s Playwright default.

toHaveURL now uses liveTimeout (30s) like every other live wait. Diagnosis recorded in wisdom/live-smoke-github-outage.md.

Also bumps to v0.6.9 so a stable release ships the dependency advisory patches from #32.
