TUIOS 0.10.1 は zoom / reload で枠線色を変えられないため、prefix z・Ctrl+z・prefix r を tui mode に置き換え、focus 枠線の色だけ違う theme を client へ一時適用する。 zoom 状態は herdr の pane layout から読む。設定ファイルは書き換えない。

pane-active-border-styleと同じく、zoom 中は focus 中の枠線を紫#bb9af7、config の reload 中は橙#ff9e64にする。Changes
prefix z/Ctrl+z/prefix rをtui mode zoom|reload（shell command）に置き換え、focus 枠線の色だけ違う theme を client に一時適用する（tuios run-command SetTheme）。prefix_fullscreenを実行してから、herdr のpane layoutで zoom 状態を読み、tokyonight-tmux-zoomかtokyonight-tmuxを適用する。tokyonight-tmux-reloadを適用してからreload_configを実行し、zoom 状態に応じた theme に戻す。SetThemeは client にだけ効き、設定ファイルは書き換えない。themes/tokyonight-tmux-zoom.json/tokyonight-tmux-reload.jsonを追加。zや pane を閉じたことで zoom が解けた場合、次に zoom か reload するまで紫が残る。prefix（黄）は押下を拾う手段がないため、対応しない。反映
新しい theme ファイルを link するため、マージ後に
cd ~/dotfiles && git pull && stow -d common -t ~ --no-folding tuiosを実行し、続けてtuios theme reloadを実行する。Test plan
