Refs #2141

What changed

Controlled native-event qualification fixture for draft #2187. This PR is not intended for main or product delivery; it uses a fixed owned trunk at 41a00e0ab38937d752d320e932ba240bf2a19770, independent of other stacks and main advancement. Production implementation and its historical failing/restored receipts remain in #2187.

Why this shape

Real native request/event, stack API, synthetic checkout and final aggregate evidence are required by #2141. Offline or historical cancelled runs do not supply them. No proof category, read-only permission, provider policy, protected branch or reservation rule is changed for this fixture.

Proof

Local preflight is recorded before readiness. Freeze each real prefix with bun scripts/request-candidate.ts <pr>; audit actual event metadata, checkout logs, immutable parents/trees and selected job results. Successful draft metadata is not candidate qualification.

Checklist

  • Actual native requested prefix and checkout identities qualified.
  • Every selected hosted category and contract gate passes.
  • Fixture and advanced issue retain release 0.44.0.
  • No consumer-visible package or wire change; no changeset.
  • Public text screened; no personal data.

Anything left open

Actual hosted results and source-bound evidence are pending. Close this fixture after retaining evidence; do not merge it into main, imply delivery or close #2141 from it. #2187 separately requires current ordinary candidate/merge qualification.

This lower layer includes the candidate implementation and an actual authoritative contract-document fixture edit, so its CONTRACT title and contract label are required.

Observed qualification checkpoint — 2026-10-17

Both real native contract gates passed: lower run 39019030513 / upper 39019056210. The upper gate correctly excluded the inherited authoritative-contract edit. The upper confirmation metadata actually checked out 7f92440e874e53eae0ef3d0ee0302e0229facf7b, whose first parent is the lower branch head rather than the lower synthetic merge. That shape is outside the selected chain-only policy. The metadata also exposed upper-only proof planning; #2187 now fixes it in 9fede0a7f, with named failing/restored planner-executable controls and passing preflight/types.

Both fixtures are draft and their confirmation runs are cancelled/incomplete, never qualified native proof. Preserve these exact old fixture heads/requests as evidence. #2141 now records the required shape ruling and exact next action; refresh the owned fixture heads/requests after that ruling and do not merge this fixture into main.

Closing the qualification fixture (maintainer ruling, 2026-10-22): native candidate qualification for #2141 is parked, and the contract-comparison part ships in #2660. This fixture was never meant for main. Branches are kept.
