re-dev already runs the importer that reads utopia:temporal (deeplethe#1291, since re.8). These are the three fixes upstream's maintainer asked for in review of deeplethe#1291. They're pushed on that PR as 7e5b556 and wait for the maintainer's re-review there:

  1. An invalid value is reported under its IRI (urn:utopia:ns:temporal) through the ordinary unprojected path, so the preview shows and translates it like any other predicate. The English-sentence key and its public constant are gone.
  2. The export writes state too, so re-importing an export is exact: a relation moved back to state in one base no longer stays an event when that export is imported elsewhere.
  3. An import that changes a relation's temporal bumps updated_at, as the page does, so phrase bindings decided under the old value are revisited (0053's basis reads it). An unannotated re-import leaves it alone.

0031's note is one dated line in decision 1. Each new assertion fails with its fix reverted. The violations an import never reconciles are upstream deeplethe#1297, older than this change.
