Description
Adds
@openedx/frontend-app-accountto the set of default apps the template site ships, as f2290fd did for Catalog: the dependency andatlasTranslationsentry inpackage.json, and the app registration insite.config.dev.tsxandsite.config.build.tsx. The app provides theorg.openedx.frontend.role.accountroute itself, so the external route that pointed at the standalone micro-frontend goes. Also bumps frontend-base, which Account needs for role-based route resolution, and every other app to its latest alpha.
Closes #35.
