Adds
@openedx/frontend-app-profileto the set of default apps the template site ships, as #36 did for Account: the dependency andatlasTranslationsentry inpackage.json, the lockfile, and the app registration insite.config.dev.tsxandsite.config.build.tsx. The app provides theorg.openedx.frontend.role.profileroute itself, so the external route that pointed at the standalone micro-frontend goes.Closes #37.
