Improve detection and file APIs, notification preferences, and shutdown logs - #333
Detection rows now expose compact summaries and artifact indicators, with a dedicated artifacts endpoint for expanding a run. File browsing gains role filtering and original-filename search, and document details return stored custom metadata.
Changes:
Add GET /workspaces/{workspaceId}/detections/{detectionId}/artifacts, returning the input file, intermediate availability, and live redacted outputs.
Return compact detection-list items with hasIntermediate and redactedOutputCount; add search across input display names and original filenames. Use typed Diesel expressions for the summary projections.
Add document kind=original|redacted filtering and original-filename search. Return custom metadata from document read/update endpoints. Reclaim staged uploads when acquiring the commit connection fails.
Make an empty in-app notification selection opt out of every event. Let new memberships use the database's explicit all-current-events default.
Detection-list items no longer contain metadata, edits, or editSetRev; these remain available from the individual detection endpoint.
Notification defaults modify the existing workspace migration in place. Already-migrated databases will not pick up that default automatically; existing empty selections now mean no notifications.
Validation:
Three focused detection-list database tests pass, covering filters, artifact counts, search, workspace scoping, and cursor pagination.
Document filtering/search pagination and stored metadata response tests pass.
Notification default/opt-out regression test passes.
Clippy for nvisy-server and nvisy-postgres, all features and targets, passes with warnings denied.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Search detections and documents by display name or original filename, and filter documents by type.
Detection lists now show concise status and artifact details; individual detections provide available input, intermediate, and redacted-output information.
Document details now include custom metadata at the top level.
Bug Fixes
Empty notification preferences now correctly opt out of in-app events; new memberships receive the default event preferences.
Staged uploads are discarded if connection setup or commit fails.

Detection listings now return compact summaries and support input-document search. A new endpoint returns detection artifact metadata. Document APIs add kind and filename filters and expose custom metadata. Notification defaults and recipient selection change, and worker shutdown logs are reduced.

Detection listing now uses a compact projection, searches input display names and original filenames, and reports live artifact indicators. Redaction queries expose live output metadata.
The detection list returns summaries. An authorized artifacts endpoint returns input, intermediate, and redacted-output metadata.

New memberships default to all defined in-app events. An empty preference list opts out, and recipient selection requires the requested event.

notify_account still accepts every event when prefs is empty. Members who opt out therefore continue to receive direct notifications, including detection results and comment mentions. The event drainer routes these notifications through this method. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Remove the prefs.is_empty() alternative and update the preceding comment.
