Parent epic for the modules flagship path: specfact code review run, AI-bloat detection, simplification guidance, cleanup forecasts, remediation handoff, sidecar/codebase hardening, docs guardrails, and deterministic evidence.
Backlog, ceremony, enterprise, FinOps, security, and knowledge extensions are no longer active under this epic unless they directly strengthen validation evidence for a real user pull.
Status note: modules repositioning is merged to dev, not main; keep this epic open for active dev-aligned validation work.
