chore(deps): update consumer fixture dependencies

Refresh dependency declarations in the external consumer templates: Node types 26.6.2 → 26.6.3, Lucide 1.47.0 → 1.48.0, and Vite 8.3.0 → 8.3.1. These fixtures are installed independently and are outside the root Bun workspace lock. Keep their existing strict manifest assertions aligned.

Validation

• Normal staged-index pre-commit: package build, strict types/lint, 1,878 tests; coverage 97.64% statements, 95.84% branches, 98.79% functions, 97.86% lines. Recorded index tree equals the commit tree.
• Frozen Bun install; package and site builds; root typecheck/lint; package types, pack contract and strict publint passed.
• Four isolated npm consumers (Next, standalone, Tailwind, heavy): exact requested installed versions, typecheck, production build and OSV scan passed.
• Root OSV and full-history Gitleaks (1,402 commits): no findings. actionlint passed.
• Existing full CI consumer/browser gates remain required before merge. Local browser runs were outside this duty's scope. Existing React/Recharts unit-test runtime warnings remain in the logs.
