Route users and contributors across all seven netft repositories, with shared issue/PR templates and an upstream-first maintenance guide. The guide distinguishes released references from pinned candidates and requires coordinated snapshot verification without turning independent products into a monorepo.
Links and responsibilities were checked against the local repository inventory. Companion candidate PRs are netft/netft-cpp#22, netft/netft-cli#6, netft/pyNetFT#12, netft/netft-viewer#24 and netft/netft-docs#10. ROS acceptance is in progress.
Branch naming update: this draft replaces #1 after the source branch was renamed to
fix/ecosystem-improvements. The commit and implementation are unchanged. Original discussion and same-commit acceptance evidence remain on the previous PR; product tests are not repeated solely for the naming change.
