… allowlist The public owner repository freelance-growth is registered in PROJECTS.md and its Mac checkout carries the memolabs-dev origin, but the governance preflight refused every Issue because the literal PUBLIC_ALLOWLIST of scripts/issue_preflight.py did not name it. Memo Bridge answered project_not_allowed for that project on the remote surface (memo-bridge#312). Keep the literal equal to the public projects of lab-infra memo_runner_pilot_repos plus this repository, as the comment above it requires. The Mac runtime and the VPS runner both read this file from their pinned governance commit; lab-infra pins the new commit in the same rollout. Refs memolabs-dev/memo-bridge#312

memo_runner_governance_versionto this commit and installs the Mac runtime with the same governance ref, before any acceptance claim.
