These ~120 MB of Windows 1.0.0 release zips, SHA256SUMS and desktop-chunks part files were committed by accident in #62. Release assets belong on GitHub Releases, not in the tree.

Removes ~120 MB of Windows 1.0.0 release files (two zips, SHA256SUMS-win-x64.txt, desktop-chunks/part-00..06) committed by accident in #62, and adds
release-upload/to .gitignore so they aren't re-committed. Release assets belong on GitHub Releases. Repo-only chore, no version bump. History is not rewritten.
