Validate the existing /data mount before reusing it.

mount_sandbox_directory is called with "/data" during setup. The current predicate checks only whether mount_path is any mount point. A stale or unrelated mount can therefore skip the intended nullfs mount, causing the sandbox to use the wrong /data backing. Reuse the mount only when its source is /user/data and its filesystem type is nullfs. Keep the matching mount untracked so cleanup still preserves it.

Review comment at @src/sm_fakelib.c around lines 337 - 340:
Update path_is_mount_point and its /data caller in mount_sandbox_directory to
reuse an existing mount only when it is mounted at mount_path with filesystem
type nullfs and source /user/data, stripping any “<above>:” prefix before
comparison; keep matching mounts untracked so cleanup preserves them.
