logs: the clock, not the date, in a column that fits - #37

The time column held "10-17 13:25:33" in 72dp, so every log line wrapped its timestamp onto two lines and the page came out ragged. The prototype prints the clock alone; both ends do now, on one line. 同步's 策略 panel printed its own summary twice — once beside the title, once under the body. The second one is gone.
The 状态目录 row printed a full path into a 300dp panel and spilled over three lines and past the edge; key/value rows now keep one line and an ellipsis, with the copy button next to them holding the whole value. The line under 关于 read 回收站不叫回收站 — the banned word it was warning about had already been removed everywhere, which left the sentence arguing with itself. It is gone. 行密度 also said 两栏都生效，两栏同时生效.

The log time column wrapped on every line because it held a full date in 72dp; both ends print the clock on one line now, as the prototype does. Also drops the duplicated policy sentence in 同步.
