docs(editor): update the String Menu and approval management sections - #988

- Bring the String Menu list in line with the current menu: rename String Translation History, add View Master String and View duplicate strings, drop the surrounding strings item, and switch to colon separators
- Point the surrounding strings toggle to the Command Palette
- Rewrite the steps for removing approvals and move translation priority into its own subsection
- Move the maximum length counter note to Suggesting Translations
- Use "multiple strings" in the multilingual proofreading note
- Prune the multiple approvals screenshot and recapture the String Menu screenshot
