t3-pstack moves to Lauren Tan's pstack at cursor/plugins 16541c6 for all three components. Only pstack changed upstream, in one commit that reaches the port, and its version stays 0.15.25:

  • pstack #692: ketchup's 150-word cap and two-line action items made the model fold a set of PRs into a count and send the rest of the calls to a linked file. Ketchup now gives each waiting item its own bullet with its link or PR number, what it changes for users, the evidence, its risk even when low, and a pick. Items that share a call state the call and pick once, riskiest first. What happened stays under 100 words, each item gets about 30, and the reply grows with the item count, so a two-item reply stays well under 150 words. Structural diagrams stay, and status and action-item diagrams are banned. poteto-help's /ketchup row matches the new behavior.

pstack #702, #705, and #704 also land between the two pins and change no port file. #705 and #704 touch only upstream's README and docs, which tools/upstream.json excludes. #702 renames the frontmatter name of poteto-mode and make-bot-ui to their folder names. The port already writes that name through deriveT3, and make-bot-ui is excluded.

This is Lauren's text plus existing substitutions and mechanical version lines. No substitution or fork changed.

Commits

  1. Sync. bun tools/sync.mjs moves each component's pin from 0317eb8 to 16541c6 and updates ketchup/SKILL.md and poteto-help/SKILL.md cleanly. 25 existing rules in tools/substitutions.json match in the two files' upstream text: three in ketchup and 22 in poteto-help. No entry in tools/forks.json names either file, and the 15 declared forks were left alone. cursor-team-kit and thermos synced with no file changes.
  2. Release. VERSION and the manifests move to 2.0.0-rc.9. CHANGES gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE, NOTICE-skills, and the README point at 16541c6, and the README's pinned installer command names the new tag.

On T3

The new ketchup text names no Cursor mechanism. It has no Cursor tool, .mdc rule, /visualize, or cloud agent. The two /visualize mentions it keeps become T3's html_render, and its state check keeps task_status and list_thread_pull_requests, both through existing rules. On T3 the per-item link for an agent is its thread link, which the skill's "number or link" wording already allows.

Checks

  • bun tools/sync.mjs <component> 16541c6 --dry-run for pstack, cursor-team-kit, and thermos: exit 0, no undeclared fork, no denylist hit, no unmatched substitution. At the pin, pstack reads 118 unchanged files and the same 15 declared forks with 547 changed lines as before.
  • bun tools/generate.mjs --check: 17 generated files current, and the hooks freeze check passes. Neither hooks file differs from origin/main.
  • GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null bun test tests/ --timeout 30000: 550 pass, 46 skip, 0 fail.
  • Scripts: bun run typecheck, bun test orch watch-pr check-plan.test.ts (119 pass), and the Prettier check all pass.
  • t3-sheet.mjs against this machine's sheet and catalog: every role line parses and dispatches.

Note

Low Risk
Changes are upstream sync, version bumps, and ketchup/poteto-help skill prompt text only; no application code or hooks were modified.

Overview
Release 2.0.0-rc.9 bumps version metadata everywhere and advances the cursor/plugins upstream pin from 0317eb8 to 16541c6 (pstack, cursor-team-kit, thermos), with NOTICE/README/changelog aligned to the new SHA.

The substantive behavior change is in the /ketchup skill: it no longer fits everything under a ~150-word cap with two-line action items (which encouraged summarizing PR sets as counts or deferring detail to links). What happened is capped around 100 words; each waiting item gets its own bullet (~30 words) with link/PR number, user impact, evidence, risk (even when low), and a recommendation. Shared decisions state the call once, then enumerate items riskiest-first. Visual rules now also forbid action-item diagrams while keeping structural diagrams.

poteto-help’s ketchup row is updated to match. No substitution/fork/hook changes in this release.

All three components move from 0317eb8 to 16541c6. Upstream changed
only pstack's ketchup skill and its poteto-help row (pstack #692).
Ketchup now lists every item waiting on the user as its own bullet,
each with its link or PR number, what it changes for users, the
evidence, its risk even when low, and a pick. The reply grows with the
item count, keeps what happened under 100 words, and bans status and
action-item diagrams while keeping structural ones.

bun tools/sync.mjs updated both files cleanly through existing
substitutions: three in ketchup, which keep its task_status and
list_thread_pull_requests check and its html_render charts, and 22 in
poteto-help. The new text names no Cursor mechanism, so no rule was
added. The 15 declared forks were left alone, and cursor-team-kit and
thermos synced with no file changes. a968159 (#702), 1b80080 (#705),
and 019a6a2 (#704) sit between the two pins. #705 and #704 touch only
excluded paths, and #702's skill renames change only frontmatter names
the port already sets, so they change no port file.
VERSION, the manifests, and package.json move to 2.0.0-rc.9. CHANGES.md
gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE.md, NOTICE-skills.md,
and the README point at upstream 16541c6, and the README's pinned
installer command names the new tag.
