chore(l10n): fold per-feature string files into strings.xml - #564

Merge strings_diskguard.xml and strings_maps_download.xml (5 strings x 34 locales) back into each locale's strings.xml and delete the loose feature files. These per-feature files are a temporary device to avoid parallel-work collisions; the end state carries no loose strings_<feature>.xml. strings_untranslated.xml (the WIP tracker) stays. Recorded in CLAUDE.md.
