#10 was merged before its second commit landed, so this PR carries that commit along with the OpenAI package changes.

Release and CI (the commit missed from #10)

  • Every manifest and marketplace entry is now version 0.3.1.
  • CI also runs claude plugin validate --strict on the plugin and the marketplace, pinned to the stable CLI (2.1.292).

OpenAI package, per OpenAI's submission guide

  • Terminal49 already has a published OpenAI plugin: package name app-69f5795de4a48191a35dc5c448520676, version 1.0.1, MCP only with no skills. An upload must keep that name and raise the version, or OpenAI rejects it with plugin_name_mismatch or plugin_version_unchanged. The new openai/listing.json sets the name and 1.1.0, and the ZIP builder applies them only to the OpenAI ZIP. The shared Codex manifest stays terminal49.
  • Uses the existing ChatGPT app's 5 positive and 3 negative review cases, copied from chatgpt-app-submission.json in Terminal49/API. The ZIP's cases replace the plugin's cases and can't be edited in the dashboard afterwards.
  • Sets the OpenAI category to the dashboard title "Business & Operations", the existing listing's category. The Codex manifest keeps "Productivity".
  • Adds review.commerce: false, review.commerce_description, and publication.release_notes. The builder requires them.
  • review.demo_recording_url is still unset. Enter it in the dashboard under Review details.

npm run validate, claude plugin validate --strict, and npm run build:openai-zip all pass. The build writes dist/terminal49-openai-1.1.0.zip with 10 files.

The directory asks for a version bump on every release, and the publish
guide recommends `claude plugin validate --strict` in CI. Bump every
manifest and marketplace entry to 0.3.1, and run the pinned stable CLI
against the plugin and the marketplace.

OpenAI's submission guide lists review.commerce, review.commerce_description
and publication.release_notes under extensions.com.openai. Add them and
make the ZIP builder require commerce and release notes.
