feat: build the OpenAI ZIP as version 1.1.0 of the existing plugin - #12

Terminal49 already has a published OpenAI plugin, package name app-69f5795de4a48191a35dc5c448520676 at version 1.0.1. An upload must keep that name and raise the version, so the ZIP builder reads both from openai/listing.json (1.1.0) instead of the shared Codex manifest. … ZIP The ZIP's test cases replace the existing plugin's cases, and the dashboard can't edit them afterwards. Copy the five positive and three negative cases from chatgpt-app-submission.json in Terminal49/API so the review stays consistent. The user has not confirmed that this number is untracked, so the bundled container-tracking skill requires search_container or identify_tracking_number before the write. Declaring only track_container makes the review expectation contradict the plugin's source-of-truth guidance and can penalize the correct two-tool flow or encourage a duplicate tracking request; include the preflight tool and its expected outcome.

This version targets an existing plugin whose published version is 1.0.1, but the generated 1.1.0 manifest still imports publication.release_notes beginning with “Initial release.” Consequently, the update will present misleading release information instead of documenting what changed in 1.1.0; update the release notes alongside this version bump.

openai/listing.jsonsets the existing OpenAI plugin's package name,app-69f5795de4a48191a35dc5c448520676, the version 1.1.0 (published is 1.0.1), and the category "Business & Operations". The ZIP builder applies these only to the OpenAI ZIP. Without them, OpenAI rejects the upload withplugin_name_mismatch.chatgpt-app-submission.jsonin Terminal49/API: 5 positive and 3 negative.npm run validateandnpm run build:openai-zippass.
