README, ROADMAP, RISKS and concepts now say B1 is closed as characterised, not solved (ADR-0036). The FAQ states the real 2-sigma rule (NEES at most 4 x dof) and that the gate bar is 95%. The generated CONSTRAINTS status block is left for a generator change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01QnVDRzD2rMdsXzjGpA5up9

Refs #197.
Changed
calibration.py(NEES at most 4 x dof) and that the gate bar is 95% (AC-04), instead of "never against 95%".Not changed
The
b1-heldout-statusblock in CONSTRAINTS.md still reads "Status: open". It is generated byscripts/render_b1_heldout.py; changing it needs a generator edit. Left as a checkbox in #197.Check
tests/test_front_page_claims.pyandtests/test_quoted_numbers.pypass. No numbers typed by hand, no em dashes.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
