I verified the wheel hashes match the updated lockfile and diffed the full SDK contents between the two versions: the changes (AI OTel request-context capture, prompt fetch single-flight, metric exemplars, and tightened integration-middleware defaults) do not touch the code paths or the security hooks this repository relies on, so no new security risk is introduced.
