This PR bumps the posthoganalytics/posthog Python SDK pin from 7.67.1 to 7.70.1 across four manifests and the llm-gateway lockfile. I verified the wheel sha256 in the lockfile matches the actual PyPI artifact and diffed both package versions: only the AI/otel span processor, prompts, framework integrations, and metrics-capture modules changed, and the core client (capture, feature flags, requests, contexts) is byte-identical. The Django middleware change (POSTHOG_MW_TRUST_TRACING_HEADERS default False) makes client-controlled identity headers untrusted by default, which is a hardening; no security risk was found.
