Automatic scrolling tracks the container, its content wrapper, and content updates. Overflow changes from CSS animations inside a fixed-size child do not trigger measurements.
{% example '@nvidia-elements/foundations/scroll-box/scroll-box.examples.json' 'Follow' %}
Document scroll-box focus behavior, accessible naming, and automatic-scroll modes.
When content overflows an enabled axis, nve-scroll-box can add tabindex="0", and an author-provided tabindex takes precedence. Document this behavior and show a named region. aria-label is sufficient when used on the host with role="region"; use aria-labelledby when a visible label exists.
Also document the off, follow, and always modes as follows:

I'm wondering if the scrollbox examples that demonstrate edge shadows should opt into layer: 'container'.
The shadow effect gets lost against the default canvas background in the dark theme. Those examples are more effective against the container background in the light theme, too.
The first "hero" (aka Default) example on the scrollbox docs page would also benefit from enabling scroll-shadow. It's a feature worth highlighting "above the fold" when browsing the available elements in the docs site.

Correct the Scroll Box documentation URL.
The @documentation URL points to /docs/elements/scroll-box/. The new page and navigation use /docs/foundations/scroll-box/. Change the annotation so generated documentation links reach the page.

Expand Elements on the Scroll Box page so its link is visible.
The Scroll Box entry sits inside the Elements group (projects/site/src/_11ty/layouts/common.js:313). The Elements group expands only for the listed paths, and /docs/foundations/scroll-box/ is not one of them. The Foundations group expands for this path, but Scroll Box is not listed under Foundations. Unexpanded tree node groups are hidden, so the selected link stays hidden on its own page.
This also expands the other Elements entries on the Scroll Box page. Moving the Scroll Box entry under the Foundations group is the alternative. That group is at line 341, but its full child list was not inspected, so this comment does not supply a move patch.
