Migrates the chat-app devstack integration to @mysten-incubation/devstack 0.7.0 and enables the local Walrus cluster — attachments and relayer archival no longer touch testnet.

  • devstack 0.1.1 → 0.7.0: envelope-based codegen (id-free stubs), plugin-injected dev wallet, capture for MessagingNamespace/Version (drops the GraphQL publish-tx recovery)
  • local Walrus publisher/aggregator/upload-relay on by default; attachments adapter fed from the generated bindings
  • chat-app/scripts/local-relayer.sh + single copy-paste runbook in chat-app/docs/DEVSTACK.md; component docs cross-link instead of duplicating
  • dapp-kit bumped to devstack's supported range (core 1.6.x / react 2.1.x) — older core rejects the injected dev wallet

Validated e2e on a clean stack (headless + manual UI): create → send + attachment → decrypt → local-aggregator round-trip; relayer archives quilts locally with indexer tags intact.

Refs SEW-1004 (tier 1 — indexer localnet support + RecoveryTransport are follow-ups).

- migrate to envelope-based codegen: the shim resolves generated
config/seal/walrus via forNetwork; old generated modules are gone
- replace the GraphQL publish-tx recovery with localPackage capture
(MessagingNamespace/Version); groups id = merged package id
- boot local Walrus (publisher/aggregator/upload-relay) and feed its URLs
into the attachments adapter, all-or-nothing vs VITE_WALRUS_* env
- dev wallet is injected by devstackVitePlugin; the dev-wallet devDep must
stay installed or the plugin skips injection
- guard pre-staged checkouts (rev pin) and Move.toml dep patches against
  silent no-ops

Validated e2e on a clean stack: create -> send+attachment -> decrypt ->
local-aggregator round-trip; relayer archives quilts to the local publisher.

- DEVSTACK.md: Walrus + captured-objects sections, relayer env incl. local
WALRUS_* URLs; drop stale dev-wallet/recovery wiring
- spin-up-local-devstack skill + NOTES: done-state Walrus, 0.7.0 migration
notes (envelope codegen, restart-loop gotcha, wipe on upgrade)
- AGENTS.md skill entries + .env.example comments (devstack supplies the
walrus URLs; relayer archival must be repointed on localnet)

dapp-kit-core 1.3.2 rejects the injected dev wallet's initializer handshake
("Registration un-successful"), so it never reaches the connect modal even
though its floating panel mounts. devstack 0.7.0 targets core ^1.6.0 /
react ^2.1.2; bump to 1.6.3 / 2.1.5 and note the coupling in NOTES.md.

- DEVSTACK.md gains "Run the whole stack": the one step-by-step for the
full local stack (devstack + relayer + verification); other docs now
cross-link instead of repeating env blocks
- add scripts/local-relayer.sh: extracts GROUPS_PACKAGE_ID + local Walrus
URLs from the stack's deployment.json and SUI_RPC_URL from the
  validator's host-published port, then cargo-runs the relayer
- cross-links from relayer README/AGENTS, chat-app README, and the
  spin-up-relayer / spin-up-local-devstack skills
