- NETWORK=localnet with SUI_GRPC_URL / WALRUS_PACKAGE_ID / WALRUS_AGGREGATOR_URL (no auto-derive or built-in config on localnet) - blob inspection through the aggregator HTTP API behind a BlobInspector seam: a local cluster's committee hostnames only resolve inside Docker, so the SDK read path can't reach the storage nodes from a host process; testnet/mainnet keep the SDK path unchanged - chat-app/scripts/local-indexer.sh extracts the env from a running stack Validated live: e2e message -> relayer quilt -> BlobCertified -> aggregator inspection -> REST discovery. The SDK's RecoveryTransport calls the indexer from the browser; without Access-Control-Allow-Origin every cross-origin fetch fails. Open CORS on a read-only discovery surface, same posture as Walrus aggregators. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <[email protected]>

Stacked on #75. Runs the walrus-discovery-indexer against the fully-local devstack stack (SEW-1004 tier 2b).
