Adds make bench: enqueue and pickup latency percentiles, a 1/2/4/8 worker sweep on PostgreSQL, payload-size runs and a Celery + Valkey comparison, five repetitions per cell. Results, charts (generated by bench/chart.py) and caveats are in docs/benchmarks.md; the README section is replaced. The host was busy during the runs, so the spread is large and the docs say so. Celery and redis-py are in an optional bench dependency group, with all new licences (all permissive) in 3rdparty_licenses.md.
