• CI: ruff lint and format check, pytest on Python 3.12
• Tests: BeautifulSoup, Selenium and Playwright scrapers (mocked drivers), exporters, rate limiter
• Tooling: pyproject.toml, pytest.ini, requirements-dev.txt
• Refactor: driver injection for Selenium, reraise=True on fetch retries, monotonic clock in rate limiter, logging instead of prints, browser always closed in Playwright scraper
• Examples run as modules (python -m examples.<name>); sys.path hack removed
• Code and messages translated to English; redundant comments and docstrings removed
