**The pin above is lifted.** Aqua 0.8.18, released 2026-09-18, fixes exactly the case the pin
describes — its own release notes say `test_persistent_tasks` "no longer errors on a weak
dependency that is also listed in `[deps]` but not installed" — so `ChainRulesCore` behind
`AbstractFFTs` no longer stops the manifest walk. `[compat]` reads plain `Aqua = "0.8"` again.
