Add read-only Baserow adapter

Summary

Adds a read-only Baserow adapter with 4 generic tools for table discovery, field discovery, row listing, and single-row retrieval.

The adapter supports both Baserow Cloud and self-hosted instances through BASEROW_URL, and uses Baserow Database Token authentication via Authorization: Token <token>.

Changes

• Added baserow.json with 4 read-only tools: list tables, list fields, list rows, and get row
• Added support for BASEROW_URL and BASEROW_API_TOKEN
• Added user_field_names=true for row requests so responses use readable field names
• Updated the adapter catalog and adapter count

Thanks @7k777, this is a clean one. I checked the four paths against api.baserow.io (all exist and accept the Token scheme) and it's read-only end to end.

I pushed a merge commit on top so it lands on current main:

• main is at 261 adapters now (six were unlisted in #833, Splunk came in with #830), so the counts are 262 with Baserow
• encodePathParams: true on the three tools with table_id / row_id in the path, as a second line behind the integer schema
• the Baserow logo from Simple Icons, so the card isn't just initials

Merging once CI is green.
