Synchronize the public BGS repository with the reviewed public product tree from private GARDEN-TOOLS main (d33f9e1dd4143b5f49fd6f48a0213f935807812c).

Included:

• current editor workspace, Bridge/drop behavior, authoring, ragdoll/physics/cloth inspection, Assistant, and read-only MCP implementation
• regression tests, UI smoke coverage, MCP security coverage, and deterministic turret mesh fixtures
• public release notes and changelog describing shipped behavior and explicit ragdoll/cloth limitations

Excluded:

• private repository CI workflows and private root configuration
• internal MCP/Assistant architecture, phase-contract, and roadmap documents
• secrets, credentials, private repository references, and private-only material

Validation

• git diff --check passed
• locked .NET restore passed
• Release build passed
• native harness passed: 1798 checks
• xUnit passed: 625 tests
• UI smoke reached its assertions locally but did not exit in the headless Windows session; public Linux/Windows CI is required for final acceptance
