Explanation of Change

Typecheck fails on main, so it fails on every PR (for example https://github.com/Expensify/App/actions/runs/39710771125/job/119601317936).

• attendees: Fix false missingAttendees violation in Search rows #104540 removed the top-level attendees field from TransactionListItemType, and fix: Merchant name changes save on an expense, but the Reports tab continues to show the old merchant name. #104450 lists it in the row-only fields of getTransactionFromTransactionListItem.ts, which fails with TS2353. This removes it from that list. Search rows never set top-level attendees, so nothing changes at runtime.
• exactOnline: Add Exact Online waitlist #103997 added Exact Online to CONST.POLICY.CONNECTIONS.NAME for its waitlist, without a Connections entry. The test from Remove unsafe assertions from emoji menus, room creation, and card settlement #103920 iterates every connection name as a PolicyConnectionName, which fails with TS2322 and TS2345. The test now leaves Exact Online out.
