Superseded by the clean Milestone 2.1 replay

This branch was the first stacked runtime-analysis schema attempt. Its useful design and test intent have been reconstructed on a fresh branch from the exact PR #74 foundation as feat/milestone-2-runtime-analysis-schema-v2.

The replacement preserves and strengthens the unique work:

• RED migration contract before production SQL;
• additive post-v0.77 schema rather than repository replacement;
• normalized run, evidence, artifact, criterion/item, abstention-safe metric, outbox, and delivery records;
• exact source_post visibility binding;
• immutable execution/evidence contracts;
• null-safe run-level metric identity;
• cross-run scope protection for criteria/artifacts and their consumers;
• opaque artifact references that reject query, fragment, userinfo, and whitespace;
• rollback, ERD, ADR, APA 7 doctoring, and claim boundaries.

The original branch also contains an uncertain intermediate commit from an interrupted repair path, so it must not remain a merge candidate. Preserve the branch read-only for audit evidence and continue only on the clean replacement PR.

Closing this PR removes a duplicate writer/merge lane without discarding its history.

Superseded by the open PR from feat/milestone-2-runtime-analysis-schema-v2 and parent issue #79.
