docs: add loadlens to the related projects footer - #5

loadlens lists the series in its own README, with itself as the last row (BazanJeremy/loadlens#12). Add that row, with the same label, as the last row of the table in README.md and README.en.md. Nothing else in the READMEs changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
