The real Windows standard-user run proved Developer Mode was off and file symlinks were denied, but inherited the elevated runner's TEMP path. Resolve the created account's profile from its SID and use its own profile and writable test TEMP for the child environment.
This only changes the #907 CI harness. Linux/macOS focused regressions passed in run 41775211415; rerun the native standard-account tests with the corrected environment. The release branch remains 94532cf plus #907 changes.
