feat: support query history profile binding and auto switching

Summary

• Support Query History profile isolation by default with a multi-profile filter dropdown.
• Automatically switch selectedProfile when clicking history items from another profile.
• Clear query history contextually based on current profile filter.
• Standardize all new and existing history labels to English UI.
