Fixes the failing security check on main.

RUSTSEC-2026-0385: ctutils mask generation is not constant-time (RustCrypto/utils#1569). Patched in >=0.4.4.

cargo update -p ctutils: 0.4.2 -> 0.4.7 (transitive via digest). Lockfile-only change; no advisory ignore added. ctutils 0.4.7 requires Rust 1.87, below the 1.89 MSRV.
