Adds client.resources.packs() for GET /v2/resources/packs and regenerates types from the latest swagger (news endpoint drops its key requirement).

item_uuid, last_updated
- SkyBlockProfile: add profile-level created_at
- SkyBlockItem: add category, durability, npc_sell_price; skin is a
{ value, signature } object
- daily_log_cut is a list of log id strings - whisper tiers carry spent_non_refundable - add index-signature escape matching mining_core
